Policies and Terms – AG Cleaning
At AG Cleaning, we value both your time and ours. To ensure high-quality service and smooth scheduling, we have established clear policies for cancellations and appointment changes.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (48 hours)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $100 USC fee to cover the service disruption.
Cancellation Policy (12 hours or less)
Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled service will be charged the full cost of the service. This policy ensures that resources are used efficiently.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver a seamless and satisfying experience for all.
Guarantee Policy
At AG Cleaning, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, we offer a guarantee to address any concerns.
Satisfaction Guarantee (24 hours):
If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, you have 24 hours to activate our guarantee, and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.
Guarantee Limitations:
The guarantee does not apply if the suggested time for completing the service, as recommended by our team, was not provided. This ensures we have adequate time to perform a thorough cleaning.
This policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction, provided the necessary time for the service was allocated.

At AG Cleaning, we are committed to delivering excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction. To provide efficient and high-quality service, we have established the following policies:
Stain Removal Limitations :
AG Cleaning does not guarantee the removal of tough stains such as rust, mold, or those caused by hard water buildup or lack of regular maintenance.Arrival Time :
We require a minimum 1-hour arrival window to accommodate any unknown circumstances or external factors beyond our control.Clear and Accessible Areas :
All work areas must be free of clutter and fully accessible to allow for effective and uninterrupted cleaning.Notification for Special Care :
If there are surfaces or items that require special handling , please notify us 48 hours in advance to ensure they are treated appropriately.Liability for Damages :
AG Cleaning is not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing defects, improper installation, or the age of materials.Sensitive Surfaces :
We assume that all surfaces (such as marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are properly sealed and ready for cleaning with professional-grade products. We are not liable for damage if these surfaces are inadequately protected.Concurrent Work and Safety :
For safety and efficiency reasons, no other work should be performed in the space while our equipment is cleaning. The presence of other workers or an excess of people may affect the estimated cost and extend the time required to complete the service.Heavy Furniture Movement :
Moving heavy furniture is not included in our standard services and will only be performed if previously agreed upon.Resource Access Requirements :
Access to hot water and electricity is required on-site to ensure that our services can be performed efficiently.Wood Floor Protection :
We assume that all furniture placed on hardwood floors has proper protection . AG Cleaning is not responsible for scratches or floor damage caused by unprotected furniture.
